Parent-turned-board-member says volunteering at Special Abilities "brings me joy"

The participant and Drake both emphasized that the program's attendees are local neighbors and that community support—through volunteering, donations or simple kindness in public—matters. "One thing I really want the community to understand is that the aces that attend here are your neighbors... They're members of our community," the participant said, adding that community support "means the world to our aces."
