Other clarifying amendments were adopted, and the House passed HF 2764 with a recorded vote of 91–1 (8 absent).
Supporters said the bill helps districts manage late data while opponents warned of potential workarounds that could undercut deadlines. Representative West Lacrosse urged increased effort to set state supplemental aid on time but said the bill provides useful flexibility. The bill will be transmitted to the Senate.
