Committee recommends awarding township material contracts to low bidders
Summary

Scott Stephenson distributed the results of the May 5, 2026 Township Material Letting and recommended that the committee recommend the Board award contracts to the lowest bidder in each group. Member Dale Stiles moved to recommend awarding to the low bidder in each group; Ray Elliott seconded and a roll-call vote was taken.
The roll-call vote was recorded as 6 "Aye": R. Kiser, D. Dobbels, R. Elliott, D. Stiles, C. Strode and J. Thompson, and the motion carried. The meeting file includes a tabulation of bids (printed May 11, 2026) listing unit prices and extensions for multiple suppliers that supported the recommendation.
