Staff characterized the package as targeted work to preserve aging buildings and extend asset life; several items will go out to bid and may be adjusted based on bid results and availability of capital reserve funds. A board member asked whether the North track rebuild would expand capacity for regional meets; staff said it will be a complete replacement but not an expansion beyond existing lane configuration.
