Hernandez said staff will verify ownership and balances and that the county anticipates moving toward a mobile-home tax auction to recover revenue from long-delinquent accounts. She also reported two Local Government Investment Pool accounts with one holding a negligible balance ($1.01) and described staffing and peer-training arrangements to strengthen office operations; commissioners discussed turnover and the option of outsourcing some functions.
