Student representatives from all three Toms River high schools gave reports on recent activities, and multiple music and athletic awards were presented.
Mikaela Melanak (High School East) described service projects, upcoming tests and competitions and an attendance initiative and said the school will host a Dodgeball Tournament on March 3. Alicia Bridal (High School North) highlighted scholarship workshops, swim achievements and an attendance competition with prizes. Mikayla Mansey (High School South) reviewed spirit events, fundraisers and performing-arts productions scheduled for March 5–7.
During the awards segment, presenters noted that Devanj Gupta and Sanvi Gupta earned placement in the 2026 All Shore Orchestra and that Vicky Pekarchuk, Elizabeth Richardson, Isabella Cotillo and Joaquin Miranda earned South Jersey Orchestra and other honors. Orchestra teacher Catherine Roselli and presenters thanked the board and administrators for supporting music programs and noted students participated in a New York Philharmonic dress rehearsal and a chamber competition.
"Your Raider family is very proud of you," one student representative said of award winners. The board applauded student achievements and encouraged public attendance at upcoming performances.
