He acknowledged lost practice days earlier that cost roughly $1,500 per day in rentals but said no competitions or seasons were missed.
Regarding Beechwood soccer field lighting, staff said the meter was initially installed in the wrong location, delaying proper operation. “Out of the lights right now, the 24 of the lights, 16 of them are down,” a staff representative said; staff plans to partner with Beachwood Township to repair the system cost-effectively.
