Toms River plans AP Spanish pathway after more than 180 students take biliteracy test

The pathway is designed to allow students who start at different points in Spanish coursework to reach AP level through a revised sequence.
Staff said heritage Spanish speakers will also have a clearer route to AP Spanish under the revised curriculum pathway and that the district will explore dual‑enrollment options to align credits with local colleges.
