During public comment resident Lona Anderson said she "has been obtaining pricing and bids for the 2027 fireworks show" and plans to request placement on a future agenda with additional information.
Resident MariSue Wagner reported safety and nuisance concerns from the nearby ball field: she said a ball struck her camper, another ball was found in her yard, and two people entered her property to retrieve balls. Anderson also said she observed balls being hit beyond the ball field fence while walking in the area. Trustees heard the reports and no formal action was taken at the meeting; Anderson indicated she will return with bids for fireworks at a later date.
