Denton trustees approve June minutes and $40,000 claims transfer

Trustee Amanda Fangmeier moved to approve the June minutes, and Trustee Ryan Osborn seconded the motion; it carried. Later in the meeting Trustee Ryan Osborn moved, and Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded, a motion to approve a claims transfer for $40,000 and accept Claims List A ($16,254.84) and Claims List B ($6,301.75) and May net payroll ($11,432.05). The motion carried. The clerk certified the proceedings and adjournment at 7:47 p.m.
