Developer Tony Crockett presented a concept plan for a subdivision north of 4th North and 2nd East that would extend east to about 4th East and north to 4th North, connecting to the Country Club Townhomes project. Crockett also proposed jogging 4th East at the highway so that it aligns with Brookside Drive. Director Shawn Oliverson recommended council authorize the mayor to negotiate a written agreement containing conditions: realignment of the major street plan, Idaho Transportation Department approval for highway approach, construction of 4th East from the highway to city property, and full transfer when the project commences. The council unanimously authorized Mayor Dan Keller to negotiate and bring back a final agreement for council approval.
