The Louisville Planning Board highlighted shoreline protections that apply to portions of the 145 CR 36 parcel and told the property owner to disclose those limits to prospective buyers. Code Clerk Lisa Lincoln read the county planning response that the request had been "returned for local action pursuant to the memorandum of understanding," and the board discussed local constraints including a 35‑foot scenic‑preservation setback from the Grasse River.
Board members noted an existing camp encroaches on proposed Lot 1 and stressed these limitations should be disclosed during any sale. The board approved the subdivision with that understanding and recorded the disclosure and the three‑year restriction on further subdivisions in the meeting minutes.
