The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority adopted four final dockets on its Part A consent calendar Wednesday during a remote meeting, Chairman Tom Wheel said.
Chairman Wheel opened the session, identified the panel members and asked for a motion to consider items 1 through 4 on Part A of the agenda. A motion and a second were recorded; the clerk took roll and Wheel announced, "Items 1 through 4 in part a of the agenda have been adopted." The chair also thanked PURA’s Office of Education Outreach and Enforcement for its work on the proceedings.
The adoption was handled on the consent calendar with no separate debate recorded. The motion to consider and then adopt the items was moved and seconded (movers and seconders not specified in the transcript), and the roll call recorded affirmative responses from Chair Tom Wheel, Vice Chairman David Arconti, and Commissioners Jan Beecher, Holly Cheeseman and Everett Smith.
The panel did not discuss individual docket details on the public record during this portion of the meeting. The authority closed Part A and proceeded to its next agenda item. The meeting adjourned at the conclusion of all agenda business and is scheduled to reconvene on Aug. 12, 2026 at 9 a.m. by remote teleconference.
