Hiscock said Engineering is evaluating methods to accelerate repairs, improve connectivity, and explore expanded funding sources such as grants, general fund appropriations, and assessments.
He cautioned that completing the remaining high-priority work within three years would require significant contractor participation and additional funding beyond existing City workforce capacity. Council Member Angela May requested the update; members discussed prioritization and funding approaches.
