Ben described a tight schedule for commissioning: condensers and air handlers are set, a controls crew and electrical crew are following mechanical installs, and the manufacturer's representative will start firing systems next week with crews working two Sundays to meet the timetable. He warned that supplementary cooling systems (VRF) are scheduled to be phased in later: "don't advertise a full online till, like, at least October," he said. Committee members pressed about bottlenecks; Ben and staff said long-lead materials are tracked and the items needed for building startup are in hand.
