Fire Chief Bill Jacobs introduced Timothy Jacobson and Bryan Rausch to the Council on July 6 as two new fire police officers with the Fairfield Community Fire Company. Both men were noted as active members of the fire company who have completed the Basic Fire Police course.
Mayor Bob Stanley read the oath and swore in Jacobson and Rausch during the meeting. Council also acknowledged receipt of the current list of active fire police officers for the Fairfield Community Fire Company.
