The Town of Londonderry Planning Commission unanimously approved the annual report for the town warning at a short meeting on Jan. 12, 2026. Pamela J. Spaulding, clerk of the commission, presented the document and said it would be submitted to the Town Office after approval.
Spaulding acknowledged the report was "primarily written by William Goodwin, Zoning Administrator and she had just added some 'tweaks'." Trevor Powers moved to approve the report, and Stephen L. Twitichell seconded; the motion passed unanimously. Spaulding said she will submit the approved report to the Town Office as the next step.
The approval concluded the single substantive item on the agenda. The minutes record that the report will become part of materials submitted with the town warning; no additional discussion or amendments were recorded during the meeting.
