He told the Board there was no local match required. Supervisor Easter moved to approve the appropriation and the motion passed unanimously.
Trump also reviewed the division's financials for April FY26, noting operating expenditures at 70.98% of budgeted targets and other fund balances being managed to insulate against future pricing shocks.
