Facilities Director Brandy Dean told the Board on July 20 that the Colfax Health Department remodel is nearing completion, with Ginno Construction hanging doors and installing hardware and the project still projected to be complete by July 31, 2026. The Pullman Health Department flood-damaged building has approved HVAC designs by the City of Pullman and is undergoing engineering work; the rebuild quote is under review by the county's insurance representative.
Dean also reported that the Pullman District Court remodel has crews setting door frames and hanging drywall. These projects were presented as updates with no separate action items recorded beyond routine project oversight and updates to the Board.
