Whitman County Public Works wins WSDOT/FHWA Director's Award for Almota Project

Jay Drye (WSDOT) and Dianna McKeon (FHWA) presented the award; County Engineer Dean Cornelison accepted it and recognized the engineering staff (Chad Kincheloe, John Klover, Dan Hall) for their roles.
Public Works Director Mark Storey told the board that Cornelison and Julie Edgemon did exceptional work overseeing the project and maintaining the documentation required for compliance. The award recognizes project execution and recordkeeping that kept the Almota Project on track, according to the minutes.
