Council asks staff to contact developer to extend Countryside Phase II letter of credit

Councilmember Todd Thomas moved and Councilmember Brent Dodge seconded that staff be instructed to contact Mr. Beckstead to have him extend the letter of credit before the March 24, 2025 council meeting; the motion received unanimous approval.
A previous motion to table the matter died for lack of a second, and the council ultimately directed staff to pursue the extension so the subdivision improvements remain secured.
