Gregg Roderick and Matt Foster of Mountain West Water Works submitted a quote for Class IV operator services; the council approved entering the consulting agreement contingent on legal review and authorized Mayor Dan Keller to sign the start-up agreements.
Colter Hollingshead reported that substantial completion is targeted for fall with final completion around January 2026. On funding timing, Hollingshead said, "the funds have to be committed within sixty days," and staff will confirm flexibility with the USDA and coordinate with Idaho DEQ loan requirements. Council also discussed holding a community open house next spring and noted the diesel generator is not intended for prolonged continuous operation.
