Peekskill boards adopt annual meeting resolutions, confirm officers and committee structure
Summary
The IDA, PFDC and LDC boards each approved their annual meeting resolutions and confirmed officer slates (Deborah Post as chair; Drew Claxton as vice chair; Alan Krabbe as secretary). The audit and governance committees (committees of the whole) recommended the documents out for board adoption.
Board members reviewed and adopted annual meeting resolutions for the IDA, PFDC and LDC and confirmed officer slates for each entity. The resolutions state there are no required changes to the mission or investment/disposition policies, confirm committee designations (audit & finance and governance as committees of the whole), and authorize staff and officers to carry out agency functions.
The board took voice votes to recommend the audit reports and policies out of the audit and governance committees and then approved the annual resolutions by motion. The PFDC officer slate included a change: the board named Julien as vice chair for that entity. Minutes for prior meetings were tabled when quorum issues were present.
