Commission reviews Comprehensive Plan Element 6 updates from county agencies

Commissioners reviewed pages 165–174 of the Comprehensive Plan Element 6 with input from the Wahkiakum County Sheriff, Health and Human Services Director and the Department of Emergency Management Coordinator; updates will be placed in the plan and the review will continue with pages 175–183 at the next meeting.
During Old Business on May 28, the Wahkiakum County Planning Commission reviewed Element 6 (pages 165–174) of the county Comprehensive Plan. The minutes state the Wahkiakum County Sheriff, the Health and Human Services Director and the Department of Emergency Management Coordinator reviewed the sections applicable to their offices and made updates that will be placed in the Comprehensive Plan.
The commission identified additional agencies as contacts to update remaining sections of the element. The minutes show the commission plans to continue discussion of Element 6 at the next meeting, beginning with pages 175–183.
