After receiving the applicant update, staff report and public comment, the Peekskill Zoning Board of Appeals announced it would keep the public hearing on 1891 Carhartt Avenue open and re-notice neighbors for the April meeting.
The chair told the audience, "We are not closing the public hearing; we are going to continue the public hearing next month," and directed staff to follow up on code-enforcement records and outstanding EAF corrections. The board also said it did not have the four-member quorum required to adopt minutes or hold officer elections, so those items were deferred. A committee member moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and the chair called the meeting to a close.
