District hears capital‑improvement update; roof, window, flooring and survey work planned

Upcoming work described included partial roof replacements at MES and MIS, classroom window treatment replacements, additional office flooring, sealcoating of the MES north parking lot, and a 10‑year Health Life Safety survey for MES and MIS; MJH front circle drive resurfacing and catch‑basin resets were also noted.
Board members asked where Health Life Safety items appear on the project matrix, about the tiles-and-styles contract and the level of construction management on upcoming projects; staff indicated a Master Facilities Plan is in discussion to coordinate longer‑term work.
