Later in the meeting Trustee Judd Johns moved to adjourn and Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconded; the record shows a unanimous Aye vote by those present and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes note that no comments were made by the chairman or trustees and that no action was taken on agenda item #5.
