Council approves Wildflower Meadow Phase 3 plat; developer estimates utilities and build-out in 4–5 months

The Bristow City Council voted to close the public hearing and approve the Final Plat for Wildflower Meadow Addition, Phase 3, generally at the corner of South Country Club Drive (South 369 West Avenue) and 241st West Avenue. Developer Mark McGuire told the council that infrastructure work and fencing are in progress and that, after coordinating with utility providers OG&E and ONG and obtaining final signatures, the project should be complete in "4 to 5 months."
Inspector Chad Foster asked about streetlights for the new neighborhood; McGuire said he would check the plans and install lights if the plat calls for them. Mayor Kris Wyatt agreed to sign a letter to utility companies at McGuire's request so the developer could proceed with utility coordination. The motion to accept the final plat passed on roll call with all present councilmembers voting "Aye."
