Council clears $2,690 lien on landbank property, accepts EACOG audit resolution and adjourns

Manager Wells reported the borough holds a lien on 121 East High Street for approximately $2,690 and that the Erie County Landbank requested removal of the lien after the property was donated to the landbank. Councilor Kerns moved and Councilor Steadman seconded a motion to remove/satisfy the lien for the full amount; the motion carried unanimously.
Council also reviewed and accepted the Erie Area Council of Governments (EACOG) audit that had been reviewed and accepted by COG members; each municipality was asked to pass a resolution accepting the audit report. Councilor Osborn moved and Councilor Steadman seconded the resolution and it carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6:19 P.M.
