"MOTION TO APPROVE SPENDING $39,060.20 OF ARPA FUNDS FOR STORMWATER REPAIRS IN MUNICIPAL LOT #1 AND HOGAN’S ALLEY," Councilor Joyce moved and Councilor Steadman seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Manager Wells provided the cost figure and asked that ARPA funds be designated to cover the work. The action was recorded as an approved appropriation; the council did not provide a detailed project schedule in the minutes.
