The Bristow Hospital Authority voted unanimously to approve the meeting minutes from Feb. 17, 2026. Trustee Jeff Roberts moved to approve the minutes, Trustee Heather Green seconded, and a roll call recorded ayes from Church, Green, Groom, Johns, Livingston and Roberts.
The authority also approved the consent agenda, which included maintenance claims totaling $1,707.07. Trustee Judd Johns moved and Trustee Frank Groom seconded that motion; the same six trustees voted aye. After a brief update on hospital operations, Trustee Joe Church moved to adjourn, Trustee Jeff Roberts seconded, and the meeting was formally adjourned following another unanimous roll-call vote of present members. Trustees Kevin Deshazo and Jeryn Fletcher were recorded as absent.
