Commissioners approve revised NDOT reimbursement contract for Cairo 26 in Waterloo

County staff presented a revised reimbursement contract from the state for the Cairo 26 project in Waterloo and recommended that all three commissioners sign the updated agreement so the previous version would be superseded.
The staff presenter said the new paper contract included additional nondiscrimination language and that Andrew had reviewed it. "The only thing I really seen that was changed is it's got some more nondiscriminational verbiage in it," the presenter said. The board moved, seconded and approved acceptance of the new contract; the chair then announced the motion carried 3 to 0. Staff also confirmed the earlier contract would become nonexistent once the new document is signed and recorded.
