Food truck allowed temporarily while township paperwork is completed
Summary
A resident asked why a food truck operating on a neighboring lot was not required to have a township permit; the committee allowed the vendor to remain through mid-next week while paperwork is completed after confirming health credentials.

Randel Yorker told the committee a food-truck vendor on the adjacent lot had the lot owner's permission, a health certificate and other credentials but had not obtained a township permit. Mayor Brown said "they need to be properly licensed but the County needs to tell patrons of the permit process," and the committee agreed to allow the vendor to operate through mid-next week while the paperwork is worked on.
Mr. Pelura noted most vendors do not present the same level of documentation as this operator but supported allowing operations temporarily; Mrs. Shaw seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
