Engineer S. Cosaboon told the committee the painting of the concession stand and bathroom work at the Recreation Complex is finished and that lighting work remains pending at the State level. The partial payment resolution (2025‑182) was moved by Mrs. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Pelura and approved unanimously.
The payment resolves a contractor draw related to ADA improvements; the committee also discussed replacement signage at the Recreation Complex and obtaining quotes to inspect concession‑stand electrical work. The committee did not amend the project scope during the meeting and provided no additional timeline for remaining state‑level items.
