Batch #005 lists a $47,000 line to EAGLE REDI‑MIX CONCRETE, LLC for concrete, equipment rentals and multiple Apac Central asphalt encumbrances; the Highway fund total in Batch #005 is $227,823.63 encumbered with $172,058.23 paid.
An OLDYEAR import (Batch #065) also lists Apac Central asphalt encumbrances totaling $26,000 on District 3 and other equipment lease payments (P & K Equipment $34,099.68). Taken together the documents show multi‑thousand dollar commitments for paving, gravel, fuel and equipment that will affect district maintenance budgets.
