Township refers Georgetown Road redevelopment plan (former St. James High School) to Planning Board
Summary

Planner Ms. Kanaplue said the project area includes the former St. James High School and surrounding parcels and is considered an area in need of rehabilitation. She said the plan envisions housing and townhomes and that a portion of units will need to meet COAH requirements. Dr. Johnson moved to introduce the ordinance and refer the matter; Mrs. Shaw seconded, and the committee approved the referral by unanimous vote. The Planning Board will review the redevelopment plan and zoning map amendment and answer outstanding questions about project specifics and implementation.
