The board accepted certified disclosures for the California School Employees Association (Chapter 364) and Teamsters Local 150 as submitted by the county office, approving both items on the agenda. Staff noted a replacement salary schedule (to correct two errors) that was provided to the public and recommended approval of contract-language changes in the tentative agreement with CSEA; trustees moved and approved that recommendation.
Superintendent Fuentes thanked the CSEA leadership for working with the district to reach the tentative agreements. The board likewise approved contract-language changes in the tentative agreement with Teamsters Local 150. Each action was moved, seconded and approved; roll-call 'ayes' were recorded. The approvals were procedural acceptances of disclosures and authorization to adopt the corrected contract language as published.
