Operations Supervisor Justin Parr updated the board on facilities and transportation at the Dec. 18 meeting, saying the new electric bus "will be ready for bus routes in January" and that covered bus parking has improved winter operations for drivers.
Parr said an electrician is scheduled to install the control panel for the Ag Shop dust collector over winter break and reported two recent roof leaks in the Ag Shop. He also noted the district will install a new phone system over winter break and recommended surplusing the 1992 GMC pickup pending board approval; the board later approved surplus of the pickup 3-0.
