Board approves FY25 seniority lists and Schedule C coaches contracts

The Floodwood Public School District board approved several personnel actions on Oct. 28, including updated FY25 teacher and Local 70 custodian and educational assistant seniority lists.
Trustee Tracy Hutchinson moved to approve the teacher seniority list; Trustee Leanaya Miller seconded. Trustees then approved an updated Local 70 custodian and educational assistant seniority list on a motion by Corinne Suonvieri, seconded by Hutchinson. Both motions carried by unanimous voice vote.
The board also approved Schedule C coaching contracts for the 2024–2025 season: Molli Heggedahl as assistant girls basketball coach (approval pending successful background check) and Andrew Jones as head boys basketball coach. The motions were moved and seconded as recorded in the official minutes and carried by unanimous voice vote.
