Menahga board adopts drug, alcohol and cannabis testing policy and graduation requirements

At its Oct. 20 meeting the Menahga Public School Board adopted two policies on second reading and advanced two others on first reading.
The board approved the second reading and adoption of policy 416 (Drug, Alcohol, and Cannabis Testing) and policy 613 (Graduation Requirements); both motions were seconded and carried unanimously. The board also approved the first reading of policy 620 (Credit for Learning) and policy 624 (Online Instruction), each of which was seconded and carried unanimously as a first reading.
