Menahga Public School's board on Oct. 20 approved a slate of extracurricular coach and advisor assignments for the 2025–2026 school year and ratified a new teacher contract for the high school.
The consent agenda lists a series of appointments including Isaiah Usher (Assistant Boys Basketball Coach, Step 1); Taija Pinoniemi (Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, Step 1); Kory Kapphahn (Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach, Step 9); multiple junior high coaches (Isaiah Hahn, Nick Jasmer, Austin Rife), and others. The minutes also record the board's approval of a teacher contract with Logan Gerdes as High School Teacher (BA Step 1, 1.0 FTE), beginning with the 2025–2026 school year.
