On Oct. 21 the Pequot Lakes board approved the consent agenda by a 4-0 vote. The consent package included personnel updates such as the retirement of bus driver Joseph Thatcher and hires including Makayla Gottsch (van driver) and Robert Engholm (buildings & grounds coordinator). The packet also listed numerous lane changes for certificated staff and appointments for activity advisors and coaches.
The consent agenda also included approval of past meeting minutes (Sept. 16 regular; Oct. 7 special), and a list of bills paid in the amount of $3,665,680.77. The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by Director Dena Moody and seconded by Director Curt Johnson; the motion carried 4-0.
