Board adopts updates to administrative regulations and management salary schedule
Summary
The board approved updates to administrative regulations on personal and family care leaves (classificated, certificated and management) aligning with current CSBA language, and updated the Management Salary Schedule to add an hourly rate for substitute school psychologists.
Assistant Superintendent Michael Hall presented a package of administrative regulation updates and a management salary schedule revision at the April 15 board meeting. The regulations updated were AR 4161.2, 4261.2 and 4361.2 (Personal Leaves) and AR 4161.8, 4261.8 and 4361.8 (Family Care and Medical Leave), described in the minutes as changes to align with current CSBA model language. The Board approved all updates by voice vote, 4-0 (Weinstein absent).
Separately, the board approved an update to the Management Salary Schedule to include an hourly rate for substitute school psychologist positions. The minutes record no dissent and no amendments to the proposals.
