District presents LCAP survey results to inform 2026–27 plan

On April 15, 2026, the Sulphur Springs Union School District Board received results from the district's LCAP survey, which gathered input from students, parents and staff about the implementation of 2025–26 LCAP goals and to inform the development of the 2026–27 plan. Superintendent Catherine Kawaguchi and Assistant Superintendent Julie McBride presented key findings and said the district will use the responses to solicit additional feedback before bringing the proposed 2026–27 LCAP to the board on June 10, 2026.
Board members asked questions about the survey results and provided comments that will be incorporated into further community engagement. No formal action was required at the April 15 meeting beyond accepting the report for planning purposes.
