The Carbon Cliff Board of Trustees established and then approved a consent agenda that included the Village President’s agenda items, committee meeting schedules, minutes, and bills/payroll. Trustee Lisa Dreifurst moved to establish the consent agenda, Trustee Susan Allison seconded; that motion passed with the recorded vote: Allison, yes; Alonzo, yes; Cantrell, yes; Dreher, yes; Dreifurst, yes; Harris, yes (6-yes, 0-no, 0-absent). Dreifurst then moved to approve the consent agenda as established, Trustee Wendi Alonzo seconded; the same roll-call result was recorded.
The minutes list the agenda items consolidated into the consent agenda and present financial items: payroll and associated transfers for Dec. 31, 2025; accounts payable for Jan. 7, 2026; and a reported bank balance as of Jan. 6, 2026 of $3,929,283.50. There was a final motion to adjourn, moved by Trustee Alonzo and seconded by Trustee Cantrell, which also passed by roll call.
