A subsequent motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee LeeVon Harris and seconded by Trustee Lisa Dreifurst; that motion also passed on a 6-0 roll call. The minutes list bank balances as of Jan. 20, 2026 at $3,953,148.23. Trustee Wendi Alonzo moved to adjourn, Trustee Todd Cantrell seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
