Clerk Joell Miranda moved to approve the bills and was seconded by Haley Wentz; the motion passed on a voice and roll-call tally recorded in the minutes. The board’s consent approval also included routine minutes corrections from the April meeting.
Board members discussed no substantive changes to investments or receipts at the meeting; these items were presented for oversight and routine approval. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2025.
