MSD of New Durham Township board reappoints Mark Parkman as president, approves 2025 officers

The MSD of New Durham Township school board convened its reorganization session Jan. 15 and elected Mark D. Parkman as board president for 2025, with Karen N. Jedrysek chosen as vice president and Lynn M. Wilson as secretary. The board also named Phil Burdine deputy secretary and Wayne R. Hodge a board member; the actions were approved by motion and recorded as "Motion carried." "The mission of MSD of New Durham Township is to Inspire, Challenge, and Educate!"
The board approved Christopher deBruyn as Treasurer and Purchasing Agent and appointed Michaela McCallum as Deputy Treasurer. William Kaminski of Newby Lewis and Jones was approved as board attorney. The board adopted the 2025 meeting calendar to continue monthly meetings on the second Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. These appointments and the schedule were presented during the reorganization session that opened at 6:30 p.m.
