The Southgate City Council voted unanimously Aug. 20 to authorize a contract with the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) to assist in hiring a part-time City Development Administrator. Mayor James Hamberg introduced the proposal and said the contract would allow NKADD to manage recruitment and selection tasks on the city’s behalf.
