"Motion by Sebring, second by Mohs that the Board approve the Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Certificates of Election and Directing the School District Clerk to Perform Other Election-Related Duties as presented. Roll call vote: All voted in favor Motion carried.", the minutes state.
The motion was made by Board Member Mark Sebring and seconded by Board Member Jolayne Mohs; the roll call was unanimous among the six members present.
